Delivery & payment informations

Postrabbit is based in Poland but we ship orders all around the world.

All orders are sent via priority service of the Polish Post. Cost of delivery depends on the weight of the package. Estimated delivery cost will be visible in your basket. The total cost of delivery will be calculated automatically after you have added products to your basket, put your data and chosen a country the order will be shipped to.

We accept two methods of payment:

Bank Transfer - payment should be made to our bank account:

If you are from an European Union country we recommend you to pay via SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfer (your bank should be able to advise you regarding the SEPA-payment). We wait 7 business days for your payment. After the payment is credited to our account we will begin processing the order.

PayPal Prepayment - after you place and confirm your order you will be able to log into your PayPal account. After we receive the confirmation from PayPal we will start to complete your order.
